Uniform Shirt Sale
Need uniform shirts?
PLC parent Denise Glinn is coordinating shirt sales for the PLC!
To order uniform shirts for your child:
- Fill out the Uniform Shirt Order Form: Download our 2011-2012 uniform shirt order form here
- Email your order to Denise Glinn at deniseglinn@earthlink.net
- Denise will contact you to arrange for payment and order pick-up
- Checks made payable to PLC of MDCPS PTA are accepted

Do you need PLC Uniform pants, shorts or skirts for your child?
The PTA suggests the following locations to pick up the rest of your uniform:
- Target
- Kmart
- Walmart
- Worth It Stores (571 Northeast 79th Street)
- Children’s Place
